At Barevi, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day free return on all eligible items.
Returns

You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unused and in the same condition that you received it

In its original packaging, with all tags or accessories (if applicable)

Once your return is approved, we will provide a free return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.
Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 business days.

Please note: Your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items may not be eligible for return, including:

Exchanges
If you received a defective or damaged item, or need to exchange for a different size or variant, please contact us at Barevisupp@hotmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order. We will send you a replacement at no extra cost.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 14 business days:

Then contact your payment provider; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
